At Ola, we don’t do typical days or comfort zones! Here’s where we need you …..
You will own OLA UK’s social media channels: building and delivering on strategy, ensuring that riders and drivers have their needs met to both keep a pulse on OLA UK perceived public perception and act as a catalyst for notifying key stakeholders of trends or comments which could attract adverse connotations to the brand. Owning the relationship with our social agency and working closely with digital and PR agencies to ensure seamless, joined up delivery.
Owning and delivering the way we do community management at Ola: this will involve helping to plan and manage how we support our drivers and riders through social as we scale rapidly.
Implementing new social tools (social media management and listening) to ensure quality delivery and reporting.
Reporting back to the business on social performance, and driver and rider feedback, and integrating learnings into future planning.
